The current headlines:

STAY AT HOME

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home)

  • Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people

  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home

  • You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms


The ONLY reasons you may leave home:

  • To go to work (WORK FROM HOME WHEREVER POSSIBLE)

  • To shop for groceries, medicine and other essentials (infrequently)

  • To exercise outside (once a day) - no more than 2 people per household

  • To provide care or help a vulnerable persons

  • For any medical need
